We are a Dubai consultancy. Endcap is the product we are building: an AI operating layer for brands that sell on the region’s marketplaces.
The name
In a physical store, the endcap is the most valuable shelf in the aisle.
Brands pay to own that corner. That is exactly what we sell on the digital shelf: getting a brand to the front of Amazon, Noon, Talabat Mart and Careem Quik — and keeping it there without a team of analysts living in spreadsheets.
Kafal is the firm. Endcap is the product we are building — named for the most valuable shelf in a physical store. The Kafal name opens the first meetings in Dubai; Endcap is what those meetings are about.

How we work
Design partners, not a slide of the full roadmap.
We would rather sign one paying design partner on a narrow, working product — availability, content health, WhatsApp alerts — than sell eighteen months of software that does not yet exist. If a brand will not commit to a paid pilot on a walkthrough, they will not commit to the finished product either.
GCC first
Architecture, data residency and marketplace coverage are designed for the UAE and KSA, not retrofitted from another region.
Honest coverage
We will tell you where there is a write API and where the lever is a category manager. That honesty is part of the product.
Measured claims
Backtest and holdout on every automated action. The impact number at renewal is something finance can audit.
