This website is operated by Kafal Business Consultancy, Dubai. It describes Endcap, a software product we are building. It is not itself the product agreement.
The site
Content on this site is for information. Module descriptions, platform coverage and timelines are the current product intent. They are not a commitment to deliver every feature on a stated date unless we have signed an order with you.
Enquiries
Sending the contact form is a request for information, not a contract. We will store the enquiry as described in the privacy notice and reply when we can.
Intellectual property
Endcap, the endcap mark, and the text and images on this site belong to Kafal Business Consultancy unless credited otherwise. Marketplace names (Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Careem, Carrefour and others) are used to describe coverage and belong to their owners.
No reliance
Figures shown in product mock-ups are illustrative sample data for a fictional brand. They are not a client’s actual results.
Liability
This marketing site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by UAE law, Kafal is not liable for loss arising from use of the site. Software delivery, service levels and liability for Endcap itself are governed only by a signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
