Privacy notice
Kafal Business Consultancy (“Kafal”, “we”) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. This notice is written for the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
If you send the enquiry form we store your name, work email, phone number if given, company, role, marketplaces you selected, your message, the page you sent it from, the time, and a coarse network address used only to limit abuse. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to keep a record of commercial conversations, and to protect the form from spam. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a business and, where you ask us to contact you, taking steps at your request.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are written to an Excel workbook on the server that hosts this site, in a data folder that is not published on the web. Access is limited to Kafal staff in Dubai.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is required for a contract or a legal claim.
Who we share it with
We do not sell enquiry data. We may share it with service providers who host the site, and with professional advisers, only as needed to operate Endcap and Kafal. We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without asking.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to our use of it. Write to admin@kafalconsultancy.com. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
